HELLO!!I know it's a little bit late but before that i want to say HAPPY NEW YEARS to all of you folks! This is the first post in 2016, I hope i can still make you guys HUNGRY!! So, As a big fan of duck, it's quite difficult to find decent ducks in palembang. I know, and NOW i finally found it, it's caled BEBEK GARANG.
It's divided into 2 section, indoor and outdoor. The outdoor area you can enjoy the river view and AMPERA while finish your meals.
The indoor is quite cool and perfect for people who hate HOT temperature especially on this HEATY day! The interior is quite nice with lovely local,wood material and bricks dominating the architecture interior.
It's been running for 7 months, and this place is quite crowded! This is their First branch in palembang, I heard they are going to open another branch in other Area in palembang. CAN'T WAIT!!
NOW! The menu here was dominated by duck creations and followed by chicken. I Found their creations somehow little bit different comparing to other ones as they have Lots of various duck's creation. And the dining sure gets even better with various side dishes!!
Oh, One more thing, in here you can get "FREE REFILL FOR RICE" !! But DINE IN ONLY and NONE package! ( For more information please ask them).

Refreshing beverages, Soda water combine with oranges, and various fresh fruits! Really Fresh for this HOTTY DAY!
NASI BEBEK DEBUS ( 32K )
Grill Duck served with rice and fried cabbage! I Found this one is really delicious, One of their recommended menu especially if you are spicy lover!! It's spicy, well seasoned, the meat is tender and STINK FREE!! LOVE IT THE MAX! Recommended!!
NASI BEBEK SEMANGGA ( 28,5K ) ( Not available in the menu, ask the waiter) ( NEW MENU)
The portion come with rice, fried cabbage and Fried duck topped with Special Manggo Chili Sauce! The meat is tender, perfectly fried and the mango is sour and spicy! Perfectly seasoned and very flavourful! If you like something Sour and spicy, this is what i recommended to you!
NASI BEBEK 70 ( 31K)
Another winner here! If you prefer the crunchier type of duck, i would recommend this! The duck was deep fried and crunchy. But worry not the meat was still tender, and enjoyable. The point is here, it's fried with lengkuas so the taste was quite different and flavourful! and i would say, if you love crunchy fried duck then this menu is must order!!
BEBEK TONGSENG ( 28K ) ( NEW MENU) ( Not available in the menu )
New creation here! The meat is tender and the sauce is quite spicy and sweet, served together with cabbage and tomato slices! If you looking for something juicy and not too dry then this is what you should try!
TAHU GARAM GARANG ( 15K)
Deep Fried Tofu combine with Garlic and Chili.
ICE CREAM GORENG ( 15K )
Ice cream fried together bread crump and topped with strawberry! The filling is vanilla ice cream, and for now only vanilla.
LAST BUT NOT LEAST THEY ALSO SERVED PEMPEK HERE! Each is 3,5K, but you have to order 1 package which contain 10 pieces!

Food is great! Price Affordable ! Well, Don't worry!! if you don't fancy enough with duck, you can grab chickens or other dishes here. I think this is gonna be one of my favorite! If you happen to be around this area, give it a try and we are sure that you'll be lovin it!!
