SUSHI TEI HAMACHI FESTIVAL PALEMBANG

Hello december! Trust me, December is one of my favorite month beside january why? Because it's christmas baby! Christmas is coming soon and i can't wait! By the way, I've got some new updates for you, this time about sushi tei new menu! They have seasonal menu until february. Why don't you check it out?
I'm so sorry for late blogpost about this place, and this blogpost is specially made for you guys!

Welcoming HAMACHI FESTIVAL!
It's all about yellow tail fish!

Well basicaly all the ingredients for this menu is using yellow tail fish. So it's gonna be all about fish fish and fish. This menu only available until 8 February 2017. So don't miss it!

Okay no need more comments or story-telling, This time i'm gonna show you their 8 new menus;

1.  Hamachi Aburi Cheese Mayo Roll 48K
Tamago, crab Meat Sushi Roll Topped with aburi, yellow tail and cheese mayo. This one is pretty good with cheese mayo on top. For me, it's not really cheesy for my liking. Perfecto!

2. Spicy Hamachi Roll 39K
Grilled Hamachi and Tamago Sushi roll with wasabi ebikko. This one is grilled hamachi, and topped with wasabi ebikko. Quite spicy but overall it's good.

3. Hamachi Carpaccio 68K
Japanese Style Yellow tail Carpaccio and topped with avocado. If you fancy with sashimi, then it won't be a problem for you.

                            

4. Hamachi Kama Spicy Soup 70K


Yellow tail hotpot and vegetable cook with spicy miso soup. Okay first time try this menu i think their soup need more seasoning, For the filling is quite generous. BEST ENJOY WHILE It's HOT!

5. Hamachi Mentai Sushi 29K 
Half Broiled Yellow tail topped mentai sauce . This is the winner bruhh!! Duh, The one with mentai sauce always win my heart loL! but seriously this one is pretty good.

6. Hamachi Cheese Mayo Sushi 29K

Half Broiled yellow tail topped cheese sauce and sweet sauce. Quite cheesy for me but i like this one! Need MORE!!

7. HamachiKama Mentaiyaki 70K 
Grilled yellow tail with mentai sauce. Okay folks, before i continue... THIS IS MY FAVORITE ABOVE ALL!! Seriously this one is really really good! I LIKE IT!! MUST MUST MUST TRY! Their mentai sauce nyummy!! ( JILATIN LAYAR .....)

8. Hamachi Kama Karaage 68K
Deep Fried Yellow tail with sweet sauce. Crunchy inside and outside, this one is pretty good. If you prefer fried one, this one also must ORDER MUST!!

OVERALL!!

ALL are pretty good actually, moreover the one that topped with mentai sauce is da BOMB! My favorite goes to their hamachi mentai sushi, hamachi kama mentaiyaki, hamachi kama karaage, and hamachi aburi cheese mayo roll. That's what you should try!!.
