Hey GUYS!! It's been a while since my last posts, Do you guys still remember sushi So? Here's a little bit post about the first japanese restaurant that people nearly forgot about it.

Well, did you know that sushi so is the first sushi restaurant in palembang? Well yeah, before all the pioneer started arrived in palembang, sushi so is the first sushi restaurant in palembang. and i remembered im queue about 3 hours to try this sushi 8 years ago.
So yesterday i had a quick lunch there, and i just realized that i never put this restaurant on my blog before. What? REALLY?? Okey FINE! Pretty sure all of you have already known about sushi so Since it has been running 8 years. So i won't talk much about it,let the photos talks.
The interior itself is quite spacious, and they have 4 tables with tatami style.
My favorites still sushi so special roll and cheese crab katsu roll.
By the way they have 3 branches in palembang, Rajawali area, PTC mall ( Shu-Ya) , Palembang Icon mall ( Eat Street ) ( Shu-Ya ) .
Let's Start the food parade:
1. Sushi So Special Roll 65K
Always be my favorite! Filled with Crab stick, Kyuri, CHEESE CREAM, and topped with Tobiko and Sushi SO special sauce. Must try this menu while you are here! I think it's one of my favorite while in here. The sauce itself blend perfectly with the ingredients. NICE!
2. Cheese Crab Katsu Roll 65K
2nd favorite menu here! Pretty sure you guys know this one already right! YES! It's one of the best menu in here. It's filled with cheese, crab sticks and it's fried with katsu roll. Many of my friends recommended this menu here, and all of them agree that this one is DA BOMB!
3. Salmon Baked Roll 65K
Another nice presentation here! Im looking at the salmon baked roll! For the love of salmon i LOVE IT!! Presentation wise, texture wise and portion wise.
It's using shrimp tempura and avocado for the basic ingredients. The presentation itself looks like a dragon, isn't it?? lol!
5. Sashimi
Nothing can beat sashimi!

7. Salmon Aburi
NEW MENU FROM SUSHI SO, This menu is not release on the menu yet but you can order it by showing this picture. Main ingredients is using salmon that's torched until half cook. Pretty sure you have to try this menu.

Many sushi store opening in palembang but let's not forget about the first one folks!! I do really hope that sushi so can rise again and beat all those pioneer in palembang. lol!
