Hello from jakarta! Got a great news for all of you, Another GREAT Fine Dining concept from Potato Head Family, KAUM!!  From Hongkong - Macau - Bali and now it's finally here in JAKARTA! SO, let's get down to the food review and of course ambiance!
Well, frankly speaking i never tried the one in bali before, but i already known about it since last year. Today, I visited KAUM Jakarta in menteng area. Got to admit the place is GORGEOUS! So i think it's an old house that transformed into this gorgeous looking dining place. Well DONE!

What is kaum means? KAUM means " Clan " or " Tribe " in indonesian words, They have 2 outlets in hongkong and then BALI.

Why kaum is so special? They served various indonesian food from all over indonesian places, travelling across the archipelago to learn about the indigenous cooking methods, exotic ingredients, and authentic flavours of indonesia's tribal communities. As the results, they can accurately deliver the authentic taste of each provinces.

Sate Buntel ( Solo, Central Java ) , Sate Sapi Wagyu Maranggi ( Purwakarta, West Java ) , Nasi Goreng Cabai Asap, Klappertart .

Too bad, when i visited yesterday, they're running out of stock of their ducks. AW man! I heard it's really great! They said it's one of their famous menu here!
