Bangi Kopitiam Palembang

This particual restaurant needs no more introduction, especially the role behind it's  from Malaysia. Since it's first launched few months back, Bangi kopitiam has been one of the most popular restaurant in Palembang. Just a while ago, Bangi kopitiam is releasing some new menus which are now available! We along with some Foodies got the chance to try out some of the treats on the new menus   held in their Place.

The Interior of the restaurant was certainly like no other that i've seen before, It's very spacious unique design. You'll see some Hip Graphic in walls ( see below ). This place is big and consist of 2 floors. Let's see the First floor for now( see below ).

Enough said, How about we go to second floor? They also provide indoor and outdoor area.

It's unique and nostalgic old school Chinatown interior and concept.

FIRST STOPS! DIMSUM MENU! 

1. MONEY BAG ( 25.000) 

Quail eggs wraps with "Kulit Tahu". It's crunchy and taste nicely. 

2.  HAKAO BALADO ( 25.000 )

Shrimps fried with Balado sauce.

3.SUI KAU ( 25.000)

Filled with Fresh Shrimps!

4. PAO NUTELLA ( 25.000 )

5. KETAN AYAM JAMUR KACANG MERAH

Are you sleepy? We still had a lot to share!! Let's start the Part 2.

1.  SATE AYAM ( 35.000)

This particular satay is one of our favorite foods here!! Delicious enough, soft and come with generous sauce. Im pretty sure im going to order this one again when i came again. NICE!

2. BAKMI GORENG ( 40.000 )

They used big fat noddle type for this, add with egg and few crackers. The portion is big enough, not oily, and savory one. Add extra spicy sauce for more taste! Well Executed.

3. SOTO AYAM ( 45.000 )

Consist of Yellow soup, eggs, rice noodles, and chicken meat slices. I think it's little bit oily, but the taste is decent and portion is quite much. The filling is generous! Enjoyed it for your lunch/ dinner. NOMS !

4. MALAKA NUTELLA SINGLE ( 20.000 )

Brown Toast filled with all time favorite Nutella sauce!! Enjoyed this while still hot and crunchy!! it's one of the best toast that i tasted. Awesome sweetness balance, nutella flavour and nice toast! Well MADE!!

5.  STEAM CUBED BREAD W DURIAN KAYA ( 25.000 )

WHO LOVED DURIANS???? Personally, It's kinda unique for me. Some people dont love durian taste, but for me, We eat everything!!! They used, Real durian fruit for the sauce! Hot Steam toast diped with durian sauce! YUM!!!!

Overall, Meal at Bangi kopitiam were satisfying and delicious we enjoyed every single dish we had and promised ourselves to revisit this place again next time. The price is reasonable and the place is cozy enough. Let's have a big Feast !!
