HOLYCOW PALEMBANG

HELLO AGAIN PALEMBANG!! I'm so happy there are so many newly opened restaurants in this town! Really, So many one by one from jakarta came to our town. Holycow is the new one!!
Holycow is known by its steak, The one that came to palembang is holycow hotel not chef alit. The real and first one in jakarta,radio dalam is this holycow.
It's located in Social market, Actually it's in veteran, beside PUJASERA Resto. Consist of 2 floors. The 2nd floor is really nice, with long table.

There's a different between here and jakarta, "THEIR BEVERAGES NOT REFILLABLE"!! in jakarta area, you can refill the drink as many as you want, but here? NO! Don't know why but that's the truth "sigh".

Let's start with the food,

Australian Tenderloin ( 94K)

Many people said it's too hirst, Well yeah i think, But i already tried holycow jakarta, It's same, Jakarta also looks like hirst but it's still really really good. Anyway i prefer it cooked medium well, So i could taste the meat more juicy and my favorite Sauce is mushroom or black pepper for the spicy one. It's all good, a little bit black but good,and the meat still red in the middle.

Wagyu Top side 115k

Well, It's still juicy after all, but i do prefer the australian or the holysteak one, because i prefer something more jelly to chew lol! But it's still good, the meat is soft, savory enough and juicy.

Holysteak 146K

400 Gr of juicy-ness just like it's name, YES it is 400 gram of beef steak, just like it's name and it's description on the menu, The portion is quite big and it's really juicy. I do really love it!

OVERALL,
I do love their steak, Its good, juicy, and it's savory. my favorite one is their holysteak and tenderloin australia. Also, I do love their mushroom sauce and blackpepper. It's not "Gosong" I think it's kinda looks like they way how their grill/cooked because it's same like jakarta.
